By accessing and using Aura Stylist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Service Description

Aura Stylist is an AI-powered fashion styling service that generates outfit suggestions based on clothing items you upload. Our service uses artificial intelligence to analyze your items and create styled compositions.

3. Token System

  • New users receive free tokens upon registration
  • 1 token = 1 styling session (3 outfit compositions)
  • Tokens are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Purchased tokens do not expire

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Upload only images you have the right to use
  • Not upload inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse our AI systems
  • Not use automated systems to access our service

5. Generated Content

The outfit images generated by our AI are for personal, non-commercial use. You may download and share your generated outfits, but you may not:

  • Sell or commercially exploit generated images
  • Claim AI-generated images as original photography
  • Use generated content to train competing AI models

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Token purchases are final and non-refundable except in cases where:

  • A technical error prevented token delivery
  • The service was unavailable for an extended period

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aura Stylist is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

  • Fashion advice that does not meet your expectations
  • Any purchases you make based on our suggestions
  • Service interruptions or AI generation errors

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time by contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
